Guides are a new way to build small, curated experiences within SmartParks. They’re perfect for holiday seasons and special events.

SmartParks exhibited again at AZA 2023 this year. We had a great 4 days in Columbus, Ohio; including giving a talk about zoo maps as part of the In-park Guest Technology session.

We’ve added a new feature that allows our customers to easily configure custom homepages for their mobile apps. This allows zoo visitors to quickly access maps, schedules, and other handy info for the day; and because SmartParks is web-based, you’re not just limited to linking within your app. This is a great place to link to ticketing, mobile food ordering, and other websites you may want to direct your guests to during their visits.
